late delivery, delayed customer service response but fine at the end.
I ordered two christmas shirts with expedited shipping. The delivery time was 3-7 days on their delivery time table and I was expecting them on 22 or 23 of Dec but did not recieve them till Dec 29. Contacted them twice by their website during this period and got issued auto ticket but no real response till I wrote to them via paypal on 28 and got answered on 29th just before I got package, they wrote that deadline is Jan 15!? I ws confused and dissapointed with their response. The time that expedited shipping advertized was 3-7 days and this Jan15 is just A month from date for purchase. Then the quality, one was just ok and other one not as expected for the regular price. I contacted them right away by paypal and they started refund. Hope this part goes smoosly. Not the best experience but it could have been much longer headache.
