Love the products but my last 2 orders…
Love the products but my last 2 orders have yet to arrive. Both were ordered 2 weeks ago. The first one hasn’t yet been processed and the second was sent via an obscure courier who apparently now has it, awaiting my collection from their depot - They only have 3 offices In the U.K. and my nearest is nearly 200 miles away - this should have been shipped to my home. I cannot get any response from customer services and despite a promise of a response within 3 hours on Watsapp, I finally got a response 6 days later, asking me to contact yet another department. Both of these items were paid for at the time of ordering and I require a full refund, which seems impossible to obtain. Never again!
