Just had a very similar experience to someone else on here. Ordered the Christmas family pyjama set and put in the comments what names I wanted (after googling personalised family Christmas pyjamas and this site coming up). They emailed to say that the names would be as the picture, Mom, Dad and Carson. Well, I obviously didn't want to go ahead with my order so requested cancellation. They then informed me I would only receive 80%! The small print way down on the page says the names cannot be changed but it's so small that it would easily be missed and the refund policy is very misleading. On the order page it says 30 day refund and return guarantee so why would I think I wouldn't get a full refund when I haven't even received the goods?? Please, please, please stay away! Never dealt with such a rip off company before. They must be making a fortune off this! Still trying to work out how many people have children named Carson!!!!
