The worst ever company that to our surprise it is allowed to trade internationally. They are not even worth a x1 star and should be a negative 10! Bought the headphones, they sent over with box damaged, product itself damaged, scratches, .. all the claims they made in the ads are FALSE. As soon as I requested for return and refund, they back off and kept quite,... promises never carried out, my credit company now is on the case, legal process is next too... DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM PLEASE! 5econds.co and 5econds.com are the same! ... got your reply, why don't you ring me then? or email me! you REPLIED ONCE to my 57emails and more to come from my legal body!, you gave me false promises and NOTHING EVER HAPPENED, please be HONEST to buyers! as this is the best you have WRONGLY advertised your claims are professional INCORRECT AND FALSE! the refund happened, i'd knew it is going to be in my favour as a customer being let down BIG time by 5econds' Legal proceeding to happen now for their stubborn unfair trading attitude...
