Very disappointing experience with Airpaz. I booked my flights through Airpaz because the schedules suited my travel plans. Unfortunately, all three of my Citilink flights were changed, resulting in significantly longer layovers and much less convenient itineraries. When I asked to be rebooked onto comparable flights, Airpaz informed me that I would have to pay additional money, even though I did not request these changes—the airline changed the schedule. As a customer, I find it unacceptable to be asked to pay extra just to receive a travel itinerary similar to the one I originally purchased. Instead of helping resolve the issue, Airpaz simply referred me back to the airline while insisting that I pay the fare difference. This experience has been extremely frustrating, especially since the schedule changes were completely outside of my control. I expected Airpaz to advocate for its customers, not charge them more because the airline changed the flights. I will not use Airpaz again and cannot recommend booking through them based on my experience.
