Be Aware of Website add ons to your order
I completed my order. After the order was complete the screen refreshed and a lot of other items pop up. One of them was an image of an American Flag that caught my eye, so I clicked on it to see the item, since it was just a small thumbnail. When I clicked on it, the page buffered for a moment and then it informed me that it had been added to my order. That is not what I wanted. No way to cancel it. No way to contact your company. You have to wait until Monday morning at 9am. No Chat, even though there is an icon for that. No email address. So, I had to call my bank and cancel the whole order. Horrible, horrible website, horrible, horrible customer service. Shame on you guys. I consider you a reputable company. This is completely underhanded and sneaky. Despite their reply below, you can not just call them anytime. Despite their reply below they did NOT remove the unwanted item from my order. The response is completely disingenuous. When I called this morning I got a someone with bad English in Kenya. She informed me that I had to wait 24-48 for a call back to see what could be done. In my 65 years I have purchased many things from Sharper Image, but never again.
