Zero issues whatsoever
So I paid for the service before reading the reviews here, and then after found the reviews when googling how long the ticket would take.. I figured based on everyone here I was out 10 bucks. Annoying but whatever. While waiting in line at the airport I started looking for a cheap one way out of Japan, and then I checked my email and saw fly onward had sent me the ticket already. It took about an hour or so. While this service worked perfectly well for me (didn't end up needing to provide proof of onward journey but peace of mind was nice) Im not sure I'm going to try it again based on others experiences.. might just try and find a refundable ticket myself next time.
