It's Friday morning and I get a message that my concern will not get a reply til monday??? Friday is not a WEEKEND. They cancelled my order but still sent me a confirmation email, and a payment process email, which I will add, SAID THAT IT'S BEEN PROCESSED. I have been charged for a service they have failed to provide and I've been buying and referring everyone to this site BUT that will no longer be the situation. I will cancell my complete order and will NEVER buy from PP again. This is extremely unacceptable.
