Expensive & Terrible Culture
They are far too expensive and completely focused on making as much money as possible - the umpires aren’t even qualified and yet are paid £10 per game. They also market themselves as social leagues that are ‘for all abilities’ but if you don’t play like you’ve played for England you’re alienated and ignored. The culture is terrible as everyone is so competitive and nasty, but the umpires and organisers do nothing about it. I have heard terrible language and nasty remarks on and off court multiple times. I also had an issue earlier in the year with inappropriate behaviour from an umpire, I raised it will Play Netball directly and I was completely ignored. I also cited their terms and conditions which state that they do not tolerate that kind of behaviour and was yet again ignored. In summary - they are probably the worst league you could join and there are far better ones out there!
