Great customer services. One of my aids quit working. When I emailed with my concerns a new set was sent right away to replace them both. Once I received realized I did not get the longer receivers. So I replied to the email and Ann sent me the replacement wires. Ann was especially helpful and great to work with. Great hearing aids at at affordable prices. Thank you
