Refusing refund for postponing event due to COVID-19. Offering their online services instead which is not the product I purchased. I’ve reported them on government website if you type into google coronovirus business’s behaving badly during pandemic you can complete a form. Feel free to do the same I’ve nicely Requested multiple times explaining I cannot make the new date in October but getting nowhere. I’m shocked given the circumstances and how Tony Robbins is letting this happen to these people who had committed to his event. I’ve been before and the event is fantastic and worth every penny however the way this has been dealt with has left a very bad impression and I can no longer speak highly of this company or event and want nothing more to do with UPW.
