Two Bad Experiences
I ordered a Cloud Strife cosplay, and when I received it, the gloves looked nothing like gloves and were instead two square-shaped pieces of pleather. Also, the hole for the head in the shirt was incredibly small and was made with a non-stretchable fabric, so actually putting the costume on has been impossible. Recently, I ordered another cosplay on October 1st when they started advertising their "arrival by Halloween is guaranteed". They have a comments section on their site which is dedicated to specifying by when you want the costume by so that they can inform you if they can meet this deadline. I stated my deadline was the 25th of the month, but they never contacted me until today (the 20th), saying that the costume would arrive in November. Their website is still advertising their Halloween shipping when it really shouldn't.
