Won't honour my 5 dollar referral code…
Won't honour my 5 dollar referral code , that I got after signing my sister up to jetpac last year . In the app its says it expires on may 27th 2026. Yet I tried to use ts May 19th and it wont work and says its expired already . I Spoke with 5 different cutomer reps all were useless until finally someone elevated it and said theyd get back to me in an hour - its 36 hours later and they ignored me and no reply . In the end I got reoly saying sorry they higher ups haven't replied . I did not redeem this code . And it did not expire. Fixing it now is hopeless, as Im already abroad . Really think they just do this as no one cares about 5 dollars and wont chase it . But its the principle of fairness ... One rep even offered my a 5% discount... 5 % lol OR 50 cents . Insulting . In any case even that didnt work Very disappointing. I can understand why people are using the much cheaper " esim io" who are half the price . I want 10gb data pack or ill be leaving the this review up and putting round all the other review sites too .
