Manufacturing delays are a given especially during the holidays, these guys are legit and helpful!
As a newbie dipping my toes into the mining scene, I ordered my first Bitaxe Gamma in late December 2025. Two weeks went by without movement from shipping. Contacted support, which they responded they've been having manufacturing delays and due to holiday sales, and assured me my order was not forgotten. So why get mad at something out of my control? I just played the waiting game. Another two weeks later, my order finally arrived well-packaged, and my Gamma works flawlessly out of the box! Shout out to Chris Tams for the communication and the help! Give these guys a chance!
