Well... a fu***ng joke is what this is. Im premium and I feel I have been Scammed. The AI clips are useless. Is very rare that it detect the game, you have to resubmit streams constantly but you have a limit every 24h so at the end you have shiat. (Yeah, even premium you have limits) The trimming does not work, it has been weeks and several tickets to customer service. So you use Danvinci that is FREE. The voice command for the clips Does not work. Has been a week at least? Customer service said it was fixed, but is not. So you use elgato stream for 50£, one time investment. The editing? Well, is good, when it works. Get ready to have to reaubmit the same cli and average of 3 to 5 times, cause it gives error after error. They are aware of it. Still there. So you go back to Danvinci and other programs, all free. You speak about a refund cause none of the things promised work. And you are told no, they only give refunds for double charges and things like that. The fact that their program does not work, ever or almost, is not relevant. It should be illlegal to be charged to something it simply does not work and is clearly and unfinished product.
