Not again
The items are fun, no doubt - as long they are no electronic gadgets. Almost EVERY electronic item I ordered I had to complain. And service is horrible. No understanding and insulting behaviour. Example: I claimed an article 'not as desribed'. There were missing features, I sent pictures that show the problem. Mitb asked to send it back, they would refund price plus transportation fee. But I never received it. I asked about it in several messages, and got in return, I was not able to use the article correctly, I had to pay returning it by myself. In another very 'funny' case delivery took three months... About my last review for mitb they asked me to rate better. I answered that I could not lie and deleted it ... There are many more 'stories' about that company. In my title you can see my decision about what to do. My tip: if you want to place an order there, be aware it will not be delivered in time and you have to expect electronic items are not as described on their website (other stuff like posters or toys are great - thats the reason for the second star). But in my opinion it is not worth it. To the reply: the item was NOT as described. That was the reason I sent it back. You do not even read or take a look - nor in this review, because then you could have seen the issue. To write something like this, after I already did, to explain something that is already concluded, shows the problem with this company.
