Good prices but long shipping time
This company is horrible. I have been waiting on a dress that I ordered for a Halloween Costume. I ordered it on October 9 and paid for EXPEDITED shipping. It said it would ship in 3 days. They claim it shipped October 15 which was not within the 3 days. I even spoke via live chat to make sure it would be here by Oct 20 and they assured me it would. It is now Oct 18 and when I track the package, it says it's in pre-shipment. There's no way it's even going to make it by the time I need it on Oct. 26. And I'm sure they're going to post a message about helping via messenger but they just keep saying it's on its way which I don't believe. Don't waste your money or your time with this awful company. *After seeing this review, they did refund my shipping amount. The costume did arrive before my event (after it was promised). Just be forewarned that you need to leave PLENTY of time to order.
