Misleading offers
Misleading offers. Buy one get one with wireless charger on Mi Mix 2S. Seemed like a good deal, so I ordered. But I received only one. Customer service then told me that I had to manually add the gifts in my cart to avail the buy one get one free offer. Please note that I contact customer care prior to making an order, and they did not tell me about this process. They just told me that I would just receive 2 phones with a wireless charger. Even after I completed the order and asked them about it, they told me that I would get 2 phones. But that did not happen. This is misleading and really bad. Won't recommend anyone to buy from them.
