⭐ 1 Star – Misleading Product & Poor Returns Process I ordered the Women’s Viking Celtic Knot Cozy Warm Knit Hooded Sweater – Blue based on the advertised photos, which showed a beautiful, thick, knitted jacket. What arrived was cheap, poorly made, and nothing like the picture. The quality is extremely disappointing and feels nothing like a “cozy warm knit.” It looks and feels like a low-quality mass-produced item. When I requested a refund, I was offered 30% off instead. After declining, I was told I must return the item to China at my own cost, and that shipping, taxes, and customs fees would not be refunded. This makes returning the item very expensive and unreasonable. The product is misleading, and the returns process feels designed to discourage customers from getting their money back. I would not recommend buying from this company. Save your money and shop elsewhere.
