TomTop will not replace faulty product
I received a C-Fly Obtain 803 drone from TomTop with a defective/faulty controller. I requested a replacement controller but all TomTop has offered is a discount off purchase price in order to have controller repaired. A repairer cannot fix a faulty battery. Further requests to TomTop to have controller replaced have gone unanswered, so my impression of their customer service so far is poor. I obviously haven't flown this drone yet.
