Not happy at all! /still not happy
Have placed an order 11 days ago, it has supposedly shipped 5 days ago.... in the tracking it shows - NO INFORMATION! Customer service e-mail - no response... Not even sure why i am giving 2 stars! The standard answer below that you can see by other people complaining is just unacceptable. My e-mail has not been answered and it is more than 24 hours and your tracking tool does not work. Pls find a way to advise me when my order nr 37279757 will arrive. FB, e-mail, this site... anything would be welcome.
