ZERO customer service - items were never received
On October 18th I made a purchase and got the "expedited" 2-7 business day shipping. It is now Oct 31st and when I log into my account it says that my item is still in "Payment Review" whatever that means. Money definitely came out of my account so I don't know how it's still in review. The annoying this is this was part of a costume for an event that already passed so now even if it does ship it's of no use to me. I've messaged them on Facebook and Paypal and their phone number doesn't even work. I have had ZERO response. Companies like this need to be SHUT DOWN!!!
