No real response
The freight company they use takes an additional charge of 17 euros if there is VAT or tax. Im okay with That but, Rosegal spilt my order in two so I had to, Pay 17 euros two days after the first to get the last of my order it was ONE dress. I have tried to write to the company, but I only receive a standard response, like the consumer being in charge of tax and VAT. But my problem is not tax or VAT my problem is that they have shared my order in two so I ended up having to pay extra so it became 17 euros extra. Shame with so beautyfull clothes
