incorrect info on website
Hi, My order number is 683609. I just received an email saying that the prescription I uploaded doesn't match the prescription that I'm buying. The issue here is that I'm buying non-prescription lenses (0.0 in each eye), meaning I don't want the lenses to correct my vision. On your website, it states "Even for contacts that do not correct your vision, a prescription is required from an eye care professional as non-prescription contacts are still medical devices and subsequently, they cannot be legally purchased in the United States and South Korea without a valid prescription." You indicate on your website that individuals can purchase non-prescription lenses as long as they provide a prescription. I'm buying not-prescription lenses AND providing a prescription, I don't know what the problem here is.
