Trainmore only cares about getting as many members as possible
Trainmore only cares about getting as many new members as possible. Once you are a member you are not of any interest to them any more. I am a Red Label member which according to their promotion means it is 'members-only'. So for example black label members can not train there. However, they do offer timeslots to class pass visitors. The gym is already very crowded, despite Red Label having a 'member stop', which is completely opaque, and new members are still accepted every week. When confronting them about the class pass offering, they come with conflicting statements acknowledging the red label is members-only but that they do indeed allow "class pass visitors". This whole company and this gym in particular is just 1 big disrespect to their paying customers. I am definitely leaving this gym as soon as I can and never returning
