Misleading advertising paired with no customer service
Bought a couple of phones from UmiDigi and was disappointed each time. My first phone, S2 Lite from UmiDigi, was riddled with bugs and misleading advertising. They said that the secondary camera worked on this phone, but it didn't and they lied. They also said the phone would get android 8 but they just forgot about it and after contacting them they never replied. They have poor customer service as they do not reply to questions regarding their fake promises. Also got another phone, the One Max, and yet again they said NFC would work, but it didn't, wireless charging made the phone shut off every time and no customer service, had to get Ali Express customer service to help. Would not recommend
