No one is bothering to resolve issues
No one is bothering to resolve issues, either normal or critical. I curse myself to opt this company to fulfill my web development needs. There is no one in the WordPrax who can handle even some minor issues and always say they will call back in few hours that is never supposed to come. Just impossible to work with them.
