Very slow and unhelpful support with canned replies. In fact I believe they delayed to reply on a request for cancellation on purpose, in order to dispatch the item and then refuse to cancel the order (contacted them via email on October 17th and received a reply on October 20th, few hours after the item dispatch). Also on the same order the item had the wrong color. There's better options out there. I wouldn't suggest ordering from this store unless you feel quite lucky.
