Garbage Company!!!
This is the worst company I have ever done business with! Please avoid!! I ordered a crocodile costume for a Halloween party and paid $17.81 for 6-8 day shipping. The costume was shipped late and took 21 days to get to me! I emailed the company explaining how the service was unacceptable and would be requesting a refund for the costume and shipping once I finally received the costume. They replied that the shipping was out of their control, however, they are the ones who shipped the costume late! Once I received the costume I emailed them that I would like to send the costume back for a full refund since it was useless to me due to being delivered over ten days after the party I had ordered it for. Their response was "Plz understand, shipping delay is really uncontrolable, Once the item was shipped, we can't control anything. You can use it for other party in the future or wear it as sleepwear." This is completely unnacceptable customer service. I asked for a refund and a shipping label so I could send the costume back and this was a completely unprofessional response. I would give them zero stars if I could because they are a joke of a company!
