My very bad experience shopping with JollyChic
I had a very bad experience shopping with JollyChic online. I have received my order but I was shocked with the quality of the clithes and bags. I had different sizes from what I choos for tge clothes. I had one defaulted bag that I didnt have any lock. I contacted customer service which wss very difficult to find out how to contact them because their web site doesnt show how to exchange or return. After struggeling to find the way, I had online chatt with customer service which was the only way to return my order. Unfortunatly, I was unable to return them because I wss unable to attach the pictures of the products I wanted to return as they requested me to do due to some deficiency in their application. The guy refused to give my any email address to contact them through and send the pictures. I am very disapointed becsuse no body bothered to contact me after that to help me return these products.
