Apprentus was new to me when I first…
Apprentus was new to me when I first started looking for Spanish lessons. I selected some favorit teachers and messaged one or two. Shortly after I had bought the offer of 5 lessons and had lessons booked, great! But then it didn't seem to work out, with the actual online meeting it turned out that the teacher and me where not a great match. I was a bit uncomfortable and preferred to cancel these lessons again. After a little contact with Apprentus team it was al taken care of quick, refunded quick aswell. Then Apprentus team offered me a day later to help me find the right teacher. I said, sure why not, and it worked out great! I have had 3 lessons now with the new teacher and I think I will continue lessons for a while. Generally good service from Apprentus! 👍
