Top Ratings for a top company
I can only give Top Stars to this company. I initially got an ad on Facebook and thought it was another one of those scams but i went ahead with it. I went to the Maldives with Qatar airways and missed my connecting flight between Doha and Malé due to delays leaving London (i lost a night in the Maldives (which costs a lot of $$) and Qatar just said to me when i asked for help "Sorry, hope you'll travel again with us soon". Flightright allowed us to get the max out of this (1200€), and yes sure they take their margins, but when you see how quick they were and how fast the wire transfer came (amount was just over 800€), i don't mind. Brownie points to Flightright, no points for Qatar Airways (not sure how they manage to get Best Airline company with responses such as theirs).
