AWFUL PRODUCTS
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, AWFUL PRODUCTS, EXPENSIVE FOR NO REASON. Not only is this toy (Lush3) the worst and most expensive toy I have ever purchased, it was defective at the time of purchase. Their customer service was horrible. I sent photos, videos, expressed by dissatisfaction, sent them a photo of the warranty it came with and NOTHING. Do yourself a favor and go with We Vibe - their brand has earned my loyalty with their spectacular products which are fairly priced and great customer service. EDIT: Do not believe the response comment below from this awful brand- they have NOT assisted me. After emailing them several times and posting this review, they finally sent me and email - which is just honoring THEIR OWN warranty.. they also ignored my request to select another item since this one had so many poor reviews. Again I paid over $200 for this item, and this was their ultimate "solution": "We are going to make an exception and issue you a replacement according to the 1-year warranty, please confirm the shipping information for replacement..." This "exception" ONLY occurred after they read and responded to this review.
