Return Headache
I was very unhappy to see the dress in person. It looks completely different in person than it does online. The sleeves and neckline do not fit correctly. At first, JJs House refused to allow me to return the dress but first offered me 10% back of the purchase and to keep he dress. After I replied again explaining how unhappy I was they offered my 25% back of the purchase and to keep the dress. I was still extremely disappointed with this because I had no plans to wear the dress. I just wanted to return it and get my money back. I wrote a negative review on their website and here, and finally got an email saying they will allow me to return the dress for what I paid for it but I would have to cover shipping. Serious headache! My recommendation is to only buy from this company if you have no plans to return it. With that being said, I think JJs House should change their return policy and allow customers to try an online order on and if they don't like how it fits, allow them to return it.
