They do not respect their customers...
I have had them for a few years and for a couple of services, and they do use quality providers. If you want to change or cancel a service, they are all trained the same. I ordered and paid for a service I hadn't hung up yet, and I asked her to reverse the charge. She said it had already been sent to the service provider, and they are closed; we will call in the morning. I called back several times and received the same story and the same blow-off, saying they can't reach the company in various conversations. The service company contacted me to confirm their date of service, and I canceled their service; I have that in writing. They canceled on the spot and advised me to contact Cinch to complete the cancellation with them. And again, another call to Cinch, same BS. I contacted member services and canceled my contract with them; they immediately canceled our agreement. This does not solve the money they owe me for a service order I canceled. After several calls between 7/23/26 and this morning, 7/25/2026, the service order is still not showing as canceled. I am disputing the charge on my CC for a service I did not receive.
