I was having issues downloading & installing the manual for my motorcycle so decided to use the chat function to get some help. I received help on chat on how to download & install the manual. (Now installed) Info - If using chat function to talk to someone, don’t wait on chat just get on with other things. You will receive a notification when a reply has been received and the whole chat is recorded in email to you… The manual is working fine on computer & I am super pleased. Thank you. AE
