Avoid, avoid avoid!!
Made 2 separate purchases, both contained 1 wrong product. They take ages to answer the phone, when I did finally get through, spoke to a very helpful lady who agreed to resend, but when the 2 new items arrived, yet again one of them was wrong. Typing this as I sit on the phone waiting for them to answer. 45 mins so far! Avoid, avoid, avoid!!
