I booked a flights 3 years ago and I’m still waiting for my refund. I gave up after just over a year. I then got an email this week saying to fill in my bank details, so I click the link and try and it tells me there is a technical issue and to wait for a support person who never arrives. Their email said they’ll close my case number in 10 days if I haven’t done it. I’d rather put matches in my eyelids, light them, then try and put them out with high end petrol than ever book a flight with this useless company ever again.
