Unpleasant purchasing experience
Bought a $100 iTunes Gift card but didn't receive the code after payment. The website advertises itself as instant delivery. But the product was still not delivered after half hour. The customer Service claimed that there was a API connection issue. I looked through reviews from other customers and I saw the same problem in the year of 2020 (same issue not solved after one year). Now the order is cancelled and I'm waiting for the refund. See what happens next. Update on 30-11-2021, refund still not received. It's been 4 days since order cancelation. Update on 01-12-2021, refund received. Increased Rating from 1 star to 3 star. It could have been a better experience. Suggestion to the seller: if you cannot guarantee an instant delivery, then do NOT advertise you can. If certain product is unavailable, mark it as out of stock!
