Scammers and liars.
Scammers and liars. Should be able to give zero stars! I have never come across such a lying and inept travel company in all my life. If you do ever get a reply from their god awful message service it’s just “we’ll be in touch soon” They even lied stating the property hadn't replied to them and had also refused a refund. Both were proven to be untrue by the property themselves. They are not in the Uk and seem to be in China. No way on earth I would use them again and would urge anyone else to go elsewhere.
