Product with "more than three parts" came broken
I have purchased two items: headphones (small ones, those you used to get with your smartphone...but not anymore) and a vacuum sealer. I've waited much longer than it was stated and expected. Can you guess which product came broken??? Well, it's quite hard to break lame, basic headphones. So you've probably guessed it right. Vacuum sealer came with a broken essential part. It's safe to say that on a product like that every part is essential. I've tried to act immediately, but their "live chat" , described as "24hours(Mon.-Fri.)online help" ...YEAH,NOT FUNCTIONING. Honestly, after that, I didn't bother to contact them via email because I wasn't in the mood for (even if they wanted to send me a replacement; I didn't want refunds 'cause I needed THAT particular item/product!) waiting for I-don't-know-how-long to get a replacement...if I would've gotten one. Questionable... If the company is not able to send you your first order in one piece, i.e functional, I don't think there's room for improvement. Have in mind that wasn't some huge, complicated item with numerous little parts. Buy on your own risk. Or buy just rubber things. I hope they won't be able to break that up. Oh well, I can just hope... I'd give them 2,5 stars (trying to be fair, one item came "unscathed"...though, that was the one that's hard to break/damage). So 2 stars it is.
