"Fake" EU stock
Haven't even received the phone yet, but I just wanted anyone thinking of buying from this company to get fair warning: they claim they have the Mi 10 Ultra in "EU Stock" with "fast shipping" but it's really false advertising. You see, after one week waiting and several emails asking why it was taking so long to process the order, on her 3rd response (first two were the typical "please be patient" emails) Jessica from customer service finally admits they have no stock in Europe and, worst, they're still waiting for the phone to ship out of China... I feel completely defrauded! The main reason I bought from Giztop was "EU stock" and "fast shipping". If I was ok with waiting two to three weeks, I would've bought the phone from one of their competitors and saved 50€...
