Not a very pleasant experience.
I bought two rompers and I was not pleased with the quality of the material nor the fit. They did not look anything like the pictures. it was very thin. I started the refund process and contacted the company per their online instructions. It stated they would get back in contact within 24-48 hours which they did. The response were that I could accept a 15% refund to my original form of payment if I agreed to keep the rompers or if I still wanted to return them, I need to request the return shipping address and the return product instructions. Bottom line is. I requested the return address to send product back and got it, with a long list of things I need to do in order to return the product and still with all that, no guarantee that I will receive the refund or how much I may actually receive. So I am just keeping the rompers and getting the 15% refund. I will not recommend this company to anyone based on my experience.
