AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
I have only given 1 star as an email I sent to Alpha smartphones with an inquiry was not even acknowledged. I think this is very poor customer service. I would like to update my review as once again my phone has a problem and once again this company couldn’t care less. They promised good customer service but they don’t even know the meaning. Avoid this company there are plenty of good companies out there selling used phones, I just wish I had found one and not this bunch of uncaring fools.
