Very disappointed with Zotac
Very disappointed with Zotac. They refused my warranty claim even though the warranty period had not yet expired. Customer support was useless — they kept sending the same copy-paste email and referring me to a misleading clause in their terms and conditions instead of properly reviewing my case. A warranty means nothing if a company can deny it before it ends. I will think twice before buying Zotac products again and would not recommend them based on my experience.
