Scammy Billing
The crm wasn’t too bad but customer service was really bad. Had a billing issue with there Thryv leads and took forever to resolve. It left me without a CRM for over a week and by the time they fixed it I went with my old crm. After I told them I went with my old crm, they billed me again… super scammy
