Horrible experience
Horrible experience. No customer service available. Chat bot can't answer my question, and Vital Records is causing an error with my application. The information that I confirmed on the website doesn't match the Notary proof, and there is no one to help answer this problem. Is it a problem that there is a name mismatch? I don't know. Horrible site. Stay away.
