Avoid this company at all costs. They are a scam. Have not reviewed my goods that I paid for a month ago and now this has causedover 400 poind of dead plants and a mental health crisis and spider farmer no resend the parcel they have lost or never sent appalong customer service spider farmer ypu have 24hours to send me my goods via Royal mail next day or I'm escalating this to fraud team and the police thank you. I expect an automated reply but no help once again Taken 400gbp and not sent my order appalling
