purchased a dress 18th March 23 Had to pay for postage Total cost £134.99 Email confirmation was very good They said delivery was 6th April 23 My parcel arrived earlier than expected Email confirmation and tracking provided Very good experience Dress arrived poor quality poorly made Disappointed and had to return dress Return process was easy Had to provide pictures as to why I returned dress Completed return on line process very easy. Down loaded label re-packaged dress Paid for next day signed for delivery I got refunded £111 not the full amount? As I understood postage was £10 So I didn't expect this refund I'm still being asked to pay 13.99 Little confused to be honest But they were quick to refund although not the full amount. JJsHouse have responded below and directly to me by email and suggested I request the restocking fee and postage I sent another email as requested by them I have since had further refund which makes up the full amount Very happy with the service recieved Could not fault there customer service.
