New 2025 Luba Mini AWD Crashes into obstacles - This product is not fit for purpose.
2025.06.13 update Just want to state that after many emails, the company has taken back the unit and has refunded my my purchase price less about 5%, which I am ok with. I think the problem is staffing to respond to issues and boilerplate like responses when you have an issue and they don't see the problem the same way you see it. 2025.05.01 original review This product is not fit for purpose. Just bought a 2025 Luba Mini AWD 800H and it just won't map my yard, crashes into objects and has to be picked up and replaced to the start position. Also when manually mapping a yard, as soon as you get under close to a 50 foot tree with the lowest branch at 10 feet above the ground it stops and cancels the map you have just created. They have a 30 day return policy which is expires April 18th, and they are not complying with it. 2025.05.18 update - Mammotion still fails to provide a return authorization within the advertised 30 day return policy. Read everyone else's reviews. Customer service is lacking and getting a reply 48 hours later is not satisfactory. 2025.05.22 update - Mammotion does not honour the 30 day return policy, they just ignore your requests
